2011

Regular rates are $200 per night, $1200 per week or $3,000 per month. The minimum rental in the regular season is $600.

Peak season (September 16 to March 31) rates are $250 per night, $1500 per week or $4,000 per month. The minimum rental during peak season is $750.

Add 9% Vermont Room Tax plus a refundable $200 damage deposit.

A $500 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. Refunds (less $100 administrative fee) will be given if, after cancellation, other guests fill the reserved dates.

How To Reserve the Rye Chalet

First, let us know that you definitely want it and for which arrival date and which departure date. We will hold it for you for a few days while you send a $500 deposit. We will need your address to send your refund of the $200 damage deposit.

When we receive your deposit, we will update our web site and Internet listings to show the chalet as unavailable to others for your reserved dates. You may pay by check or credit card. Let us know your preference.

Paying by check

• If you choose to pay by check, we will hold your reservation for one week while we wait for your  for the check to arrive in the mail.
  
  To pay in one payment: Send a check made out to Rye Chalet for the full amount due to Rye Chalet, c/o 10 Snow Brook Lane, Wells, VT 05774.
  
  To pay in two payments: Send a $500 deposit check now to the above address. When we receive it, we will set up your account and email a statement recording your deposit and invoicing you for the balance. The balance due must reach us any time before two weeks prior to your arrival date.
   

Paying by credit card

• If you choose to pay by credit card, we will hold the reservation for 48 hours while you send payment through PayPal.
  
  To pay in one payment: If you would like to pay the full amount due in one payment, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the full amount.
  
  To pay in two payments: You may send the $500 deposit through PayPal by clicking on the PayPal logo on the Rental Info page of our web site and using your credit card. After we receive your deposit, we will email you a PayPal invoice for the balance. The balance due must be sent through the PayPal invoice any time before two weeks prior to your arrival date.
